Saman Avaran Tose-e was established in 2000 by a group of professionals and university faculty members with the aim of promoting a culture of industrial consultation in the region to solve various managerial and manufacturing problems, using new techniques and scientific methods, relying on indigenous research and providing appropriate platform for participative management and productivity of human resources.
The major professional activities are classified in six groups:

3- Market management and Customer relationship management
4- Strategic and Performance Management
5- Knowledge management
6- Quality management
Based on its research, consulting and training activities during this period, Samanavaran has been successful in being recognized by a number of governmental and professional bodies. They were:
1. Member of Association of Banking & Credit Investment Consultants center
2. Technology license by Yazd Science and Technology Park
3. Member of the Association of Management Consultants,
4. Member of Research and Development Association- Yazd Province
5. Authorized Consultant of Mining and Industry Bank,
6. Authorized consultant of Small Industries Organization (under the Ministry of Industry and Mines),
7. Authorized consultant of I.R.C.I for organizational troubleshooting.
